OVERVIEW
On sea kayak trips we paddle alongside islands or cross longer stretches of the norwegian coastline. A sea kayak trip is also highly recommended in autumn and winter to experience the beautiful Norwegian coast in its different seasonal moods.
Our outdoor activities are always tailored to our guests. This activity can be organised as a half- or full day or as a multi-day trip. Or maybe you just want to admire the sunset from your sea kayak- no problem, we can arrange that too.
On multi-day trips we sleep in the great outdoors, a unique thousand star hotel. We make a campfire, cook our own meals and we might find some goodies along the way.
Each trip is also a tailored course with a focus on safety, rescue, packing, navigation, kayaking technique and special skills specific to sea kayaking in Norway. The sea kayak trips are a perfect way to develop your skills and take into account your previous experience and individual goals.
PRICES
A half-day trip costs 1100 NOK per person. Day trips cost 1600 NOK per person. The price for longer excursions is 2000 NOK / 24h per person, On all our prices, we offer a 25% discount for families. Meals can be included for an extra fee.

The excursions are aimed at young and old with any experience and always tailored to our guests.

DURATION
This activity can be organised as a half day (3h)- or full day (6h) or as a multi-day trip.
LOCATION
The half-day activities involve adventures in the immediate area around Oslo. Day-trips include more extensive activities or activities in a wider area around Oslo. Multi-day trips can be organised anywhere in Norway.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
In bad weather, the arranged activity will continue regardless. If the weather conditions are dangerous, the instructor will cancel the activity. If no alternative is found, Norvantur will refund the registration.
SAFETY
Our outdoor activities have a minimal risk to our participants. At Norvantur, we are trained to assess the risks and trained in rescue techniques and first aid. Severe or extreme conditions are not part of our program.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation by the participant, we charge cancellation costs. These cancellation costs depend on the number of days remaining until the start of the activity. Participants cannot claim compensation in case of cancellation due to ‘force majeure’. In case of cancellation of the activity by Norvantur, the full registration sum will always be refunded. For safety reasons it may be necessary to change the program during the activity.
